Intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

5-7 / Sage Muscle

Practice the Sage Perspective that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity through the 5 Sage Powers of Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate.

8 / Graduation

Those completing 90% of the program receive a completion certificate and forwarding for their next steps. 

ENERGY LEADERSHIP INDEX

Studies show that people with more positive energy are more satisfied with all aspects of life and are able to engage in activities and relationships with more energy and passion.

The Energy Leadership Index™, is an assessment tool that captures how a you currently perceive and approach work and life. It helps you look closely at where (and how) you’re investing your energy, and to what effect.  

This online assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete. Once the results are in, I’ll guide you through a 60-minute debrief session, during which you’ll discover the percentage of each of the 7 energy levels that you typically experience under stress and also under “normal” conditions, as well as, your Average Resonating Level of energy.

With the awareness and insights gained through the ELI debrief, you can discover a powerful path to transform your attitudes and worldview and reach your work and life goals—and likely, a higher average resonating energy.
